Delivery Information

For peace of mind all of our orders are sent using recorded delivery services.

We offer Royal Mail recorded delivery options for order up to 2kgs.

All UK orders may be sent via Courier services* which are insured and will require a signature upon arrival.

*please note this is not guaranteed next day service and any emergency orders must be discussed with us to avoid disappointment.

If you live in Luton or Barton-le-Clay please take advantage of our FREE hand delivery services for all orders placed over £20. We also offer a Pay & Collect service where you can purchase online and collect in store. In the case of both options we shall contact you to arrange the particulars.

We will confirm your date of dispatch with you prior to confirming delivery to ensure you are available for acceptance. We attempt to fulfil all orders placed within 7 working days and in many cases your order will be sent out within 2 days, if we are unable to meet this commitment we will contact you to advise.

At present we do not offer any International shipping directly via our website, however we can offer tailored quotes for EU and International orders please contact us.
